Commercial Metal Framer
Sierra Ridge Construction is growing fast and looking for experienced commercial metal framers to join our field crew. You'll be working on commercial tenant buildouts, new construction, and ground-up projects across the greater Houston area.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial metal stud framing experience
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
-
Experience with light gauge steel framing, track, and stud layout
-
Ability to work safely on commercial job sites
-
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
-
OSHA 10 preferred, not required
Commercial Drywall Installer (Sheetrocker)
We are seeking skilled commercial sheetrockers with hands-on experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and taping on commercial projects. This is a full-time position with consistent work and room to grow within the company.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial drywall installation experience

Proficient in hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing drywall

Experience with commercial ceilings and assemblies a plus

Ability to work at heights and in varying site conditions

Foreman — Drywall & Framing
We are looking for a strong, experienced foreman to lead our field crews on commercial drywall and framing projects. You will be the go-to leader on site — managing crew productivity, quality, and schedule while keeping safety as the top priority.
Requirements

5+ years of commercial drywall and/or framing experience, including supervisory roles

Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with GCs and other trades

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience managing crew scheduling, material needs, and daily reports

Ability to hold crews accountable to quality and production standards

OSHA 30 preferred

Valid driver's license required
Receptionist / Office Manager / Payroll
Sierra Ridge Construction is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented office professional to be the backbone of our administrative operations. This is a multi-faceted role that covers front-office reception, account management, and payroll processing.
Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries

Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and job costing records

Maintain vendor and subcontractor files and insurance certificates

Support project managers with scheduling and administrative tasks

2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in construction

Experience with payroll systems (QuickBooks, ADP, or similar)

Sales Professional — Construction Services
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our client base and generate new project opportunities across the Houston market. You will be responsible for building relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers to bring in drywall and framing work.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial construction

Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, and owners

Prepare and present bids and proposals in collaboration with project management

Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Track pipeline and report on sales activity
Requirements

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or a related trade

Existing relationships with GCs or developers in the Houston market is a strong plus

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with outbound outreach

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Valid driver's license required
